Tips

Try different positions to see what works best for you. Some common options include:

• Standing with one leg raised: Place one foot on the toilet seat or edge of the bathtub.
• Sitting on the toilet: This position can help relax the pelvic floor muscles.
• Squatting: This opens up the vaginal canal.
