• Ingredients: Plastic wrap, absorbent, cotton string
• Materials: 100% organic cotton, no chlorine bleaching
• Flow: 9-12 mililitres (9-12 grams) per tampon
• Suitable for: Sensitive skin, moderate to heavy flow

Tips

Try different positions to see what works best for you. Some common options include:

• Standing with one leg raised: Place one foot on the toilet seat or edge of the bathtub.
• Sitting on the toilet: This position can help relax the pelvic floor muscles.
• Squatting: This opens up the vaginal canal.

Relax your muscles:  The more relaxed you are, the easier insertion will be. Take deep breaths and try to release any tension in your pelvic floor.
